Service Charge Administrator

One of our largest public sector clients in London is seeking to recruit a Service Charge Administrator on a 4-month contract, with the possibility of further extensions. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work, with the office conveniently located within walking distance from Barbican station.

As a Service Charge Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless transition to the client's new Horizon system. Comprehensive training will be provided on current service charge codes, coding, and system usage.

Pay Rate: £21.05 - £23.32 per hour via PAYE

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Mapping: Ensure accurate data mapping from the current system to Horizon.
• Data Transition: Facilitate the smooth transfer of data to the new system.
• Project Support: Provide essential support to project managers throughout the transition.
• Property Setup: Assist in setting up properties in the new system.

Requirements:

• Service Charge Experience: Proven experience in handling service charges.
• System Knowledge: Familiarity with Horizon/Qube is preferable.
• Project Experience: Previous experience in project management or supporting system transitions.
