Service Contract Specialist

• Location: LE6, Groby (Hybrid, occasionally in the office)

• Contract: 9-month maternity cover

• Pay Rate: £19.50 per hour

• Collaborate with key teams to ensure alignment with Customer requirements, Pricing strategy, and Terms & Conditions for service offerings.

• Manage the Service Contract Handover process, including contract review, order entry in SAP, billing, and revenue recognition.

• Strengthen customer relationships, maximise contract use, and collaborate on tailored service solutions.

• Ensure timely, accurate service delivery through cross-department collaboration.

• Enhance customer experience through efficient contract management and prompt issue resolution.

• SAP or similar system experience (essential).

• Experience in contract or customer management.

• Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in another language is beneficial but not essential.
