Service Delivery Manager

Umbrella Engagement - 6 months - North West - 3 days per week on site in the North West.

Looking for an experienced ITIL Accredited Service Delivery Manager - with either a strong background in Problem and Major Incident Management.

Must have outstanding communication skills and have worked in medium / large sized organisation.

Must also have experience in Managing Service Management Resources.
