100% on site in Poole

8-Month Initial Contract

£14.50 p/h PAYE (Umbrella rate available)
To start ASAP


Job Overview:

To provide first-line support, managing issues reported by phone, email and self-service tickets, resolving, where possible, to relevant standards. Using relevant tools to raise, update and manage issues to resolution across the support team environment.


In order to succeed, you will need:

  • Experience supporting MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication
  • Experience resetting user passwords with both on prem AD and Azure
  • Experience using Intune admin centre
  • Working to ITIL best practices
