Service Engineer

Are you a dedicated and skilled Packaging Service Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity with a dynamic company?

We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join our team and provide exceptional technical support to our valued customers. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our packaging equipment, as well as offering support and training to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and troubleshoot packaging machinery at customer sites.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance on packaging equipment.
• Diagnose and repair technical issues with packaging machinery, including electrical and mechanical components.
• Collaborate with customers to provide on-site technical support and training.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide feedback for product enhancement to maximise sales.

• Proven experience in servicing and repairing machinery.

Additional Information:

This position is predominantly based in the South and will require some national travel.
