Service Support Temp- ASAP start

Fantastic opportunity to join a great Tunbridge Wells business as a Temporary service support coordinator. This role has the potential to become permanent for the right person!

Our client is an organisation that works in Cloud-based telematics, and working for them is an exciting opportunity to get involved in the local area not to be missed!

Within the Service Support team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical assistance to our customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution to support their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, and chat channels.
• Open, track, and close service tickets.
• Resolve ticket-related queries and escalate to suppliers if needed.
• Communicate with customers about purchase orders and service details.
• Work with internal tech teams and external suppliers to ensure service levels.
• Raise customer invoices.
• Review supplier purchase orders and sense-check billing reports.

• Monday-Friday only 9 am- 5 pm

• £13.90 per hour
