Service Transition Lead - Manchester, 2 days on-site - Outside IR35

We are seeking a Service Transition Lead to join our clients team on a project-based engagement. The role involves working alongside another resource to backfill and manage a portfolio of projects, including networks and voice project, and the rolling out a new practice management system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with another resource to backfill and support project-based work.
• Manage and oversee the transition of services across a portfolio of projects.
• Drive projects for the roll-out of a new practice management system.
• Handle BAU tasks and other miscellaneous projects.
• Ensure smooth transition and integration of new systems and practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in service transition and project management.
• Familiarity with networks and voice projects.
• Retail experience is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
