Service Transition Lead

Hays are supporting an established business to recruit a new vacancy in the Group IT function. The position is a Service Transition Lead on an initial 18 month fixed-term contract. Salary depending on experience around the c£55,000 / £60,000pa region depending on experience and hybrid working 3 days per week on site in Bath.

In the role you will be responsible for the planning, overseeing and coordination across various service transition and early life activities working with external partners to ensure a stable transition across an ERP transition into BAU operations. You'll define and manage early life support ensuring teams are prepared and service readiness plans are in place. To be considered for the role you will need extensive experience in service transition, early life support or other similar IT service management roles within a large enterprise environment. Good understanding of ITIL practice is essential and ideally have exposure working in EPR implementation programmes (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred). You'll need exposure working with third party partners and other programme stakeholders of different levels.

In return, you'll work on a large high-profile programme of work in an 18 month fixed-term role that could extend. Salary depending on experience around c£55/60k and hybrid working in Bath 3 days per week typically.
