As the Service Transition Manager, you will be responsible for the seamless transition of new, changed, and enhanced services into the company's operational support. Leveraging your expertise in industry-accepted best practices, you will ensure a smooth handover from project delivery to business-as-usual support, minimising operational risk and enhancing customer satisfaction.

• Accountable for the successful transition of services into the company's operational support
• Effective stakeholder and supplier management, liaising with business owners, project managers, and IT teams
• Produce comprehensive service designs and end-to-end support models for all new services
• Act as a quality gate between project delivery and Service Operations, ensuring readiness for operational support
• Coordinate Service Transition framework reviews and conduct operational and service readiness assessments

• Proven experience as an effective and experienced Service Transition Manager
• Expertise in leading Infrastructure Managed Services Transitions
• Excellent written communication skills for developing high-quality transition documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
