Services Charge Accountant

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Service Charge Accountant with a strong background in property accounting. This temporary role is a pivotal part of our Accounting & Finance team where we are looking for someone to prepare accounts for Audit.

Description

• Preparation and review of service charge accounts
• Ensuring financial compliance with regulations in the property industry
• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Analysing and advising on financial data and reports
• Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance team for financial planning
• Preparing Accounts for Audit

Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

• Immediately available
• Has a good knowledge of Service charges accounts and has prepared for Audit
• Able to commit to a 2-3 month temporary assignment.
