This is a hybrid role (3 days in-office) for a commercially minded leader with hands-on expertise in the Shopify ecosystem and e-commerce technology paying upto 60k This is a rare opportunity to lead the digital evolution of a household name that is currently investing heavily in its internal systems. You will have the chance to: Direct the Roadmap: Own the systems architecture and strategy for a high-volume retailer. Modernise Operations: Implement and optimise a leading-edge stack including Shopify, Brightpearl, and Peoplevox. Scale Globally: Lead technical projects that support massive online growth and operational excellence. Strategic Influence: Work as a key technical leader in a business that prioritises a digital-first customer experience. A s the Head of IT & Systems, you will lead, optimise, and scale a high-traffic technology ecosystem. You will be responsible for the systems architecture design, ensuring seamless integrations across eCommerce, retail, and back-office operations. This is a hands-on role where you will manage the Shopify ecosystem, Shopify, Brightpearl, and Peoplevox to ensure system stability and security. Your work will be highly e-commerce orientated, focusing on improving efficiency across a complex supply chain.
