This exciting opportunity will place you at the heart of a prestigious showroom in Cheltenham, where you’ll be the friendly face welcoming guests and supporting the team with smooth, professional operations.?

What you’ll be doing:

• Being the first point of contact for walk-in customers
• Supporting the Brand Manager with daily showroom operations
• Managing and nurturing customer relationships
• Allocating leads to the Sales Executives
• Completing administrative duties and daily reports?

What we’re looking for:

• Previous administration or front-of-house experience
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Impeccable communication - both written and verbal
• Confident user of Microsoft Office
• High level of attention to detail and professional presentation?
