Your new role
As a Site Agent, you will oversee the day-to-day operations on a busy site in Middlesbrough, working on a renewables project. Your responsibilities will include managing site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining project schedules. You will play a crucial role in delivering the project on time and within budget.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role in the construction industry (civils)
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or engineering
