Site Agent

Attention all Site Agents!

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a Site Agent o join a well-established infrastructure company, in a long-term contract position. You will be required to work full time onsite in West London/Oxfordshire.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a range of exciting water network, civil, and environmental projects, with an experienced and motivating team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget.

-Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

-Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

-Monitor site progress and produce accurate reports for project managers and clients.

-Resolve technical and logistical issues promptly to avoid delays.

-Maintain accurate records including RAMS, permits, and progress documentation.

-Liaise with stakeholders including clients, engineers, and local authorities.

What we are looking for:

-Previous experience in a Site Agent or Senior Supervisor role within utilities or civil infrastructure.

-Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site compliance.

-SMSTS qualification (essential); NRSWA, First Aid, and other HSE certifications (desirable).

-Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation.
