Site Agent

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Site Agent to join a leading infrastructure company, in a 6-month contract position. As the successful candidate you will be required to work full time on site in Bracknell and/or Banbury, on the Thames Water project.

-Competitive day rate ranging from £400-£450 (depending on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead projects within the Thames Water Capital Delivery Framework, bringing civil engineering and water industry expertise - ideally in concrete structures, deep excavations, lifting, trenchless methods, and operational water sites.

-Drive a strong safety culture through daily briefings, permit management, inspections, and weekly SHE reporting, ensuring full legal and procedural compliance.

-Manage quality from start to finish, delivering snag-free work while promoting best practices and efficient project execution.

-Handle procurement, control plant hire, and flag commercial or technical issues early to help deliver on time and within budget.

What we are looking for:

-Bachelor’s Degree or National Higher Diploma (NHD) in Civil Engineering.

-Proficient in surveying and able to operate survey equipment.

-CSCS card and SMSTS certified.

-EUSR SHEA Water certified.

-NRSWA accreditation.

-Confined Space certification.

-Competent in CAT & Genny use.

-Appointed Person - Lifting Supervisor.

-Temporary Works Supervisor certification.
