Site and Facilities Supervisor

Schools across Cornwall need reliable, practical people to help manage their sites. If you've got experience in maintenance, caretaking or site work - this could be a great fit.

As a Site & Facilities Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of school buildings and grounds. You'll be that go-to person when something needs fixing, checked, moved, or made safe. And while you're not in the classroom, you'll still be playing a key role in creating the right environment for learning to happen.

This isn't about ticking boxes - it's about being trusted to get the job done and take pride in the space you look after.

Here's what the role looks like:

• Fixing and maintaining things across multiple school sites

• Supporting with health & safety, fire drills and basic compliance

• Keeping the schools are secure and running smoothly

• Occasionally working with contractors or trades on bigger jobs

• Being a calm, steady presence staff and pupils can rely on

What you'll need:

• Maintenance, site, trade or facilities experience (school experience ideal, but not essential)

• A solid understanding of health & safety (or willingness to learn on the job)

• A practical mindset and a can-do attitude

• A DBS on the Update Service (or be happy to apply)

• Two recent references and the right to work in the UK

In return:

• £95-£115 per day (paid weekly)
