Job Description - Site Coordinator

KC Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare provider for a Site Coordinator to join their occupational health team based in Govan on temporary/temporary to permanent basis.

In this varied and hands-on role, you’ll support the Client Service Delivery Manager by coordinating local service delivery, managing stock and equipment, and acting as the first point of contact for site-based queries.

Key Responsibilities of the Site Coordinator role:

Coordinate clinic setup, stock levels, and equipment maintenance
Handle site requests and escalate issues appropriately
Support training arrangements and team onboarding
Liaise with stakeholders for appointment data and scheduling
Respond to emergency calls and direct enquiries to central teams

To be considered for the Site Coordinator role:

Excellent communication and organisational skills
Experience with stock management or facilities coordination
Proactive and adaptable approach
