We are looking for an experienced Site Labour & Resource Coordinator to join a fast-paced, high-pressure construction site in Deeside. This is a key role within the team, working directly with site management and client representatives to keep operations running smoothly across multiple site areas.

As the heartbeat of labour and resource coordination, you'll ensure the right people and materials are in the right place at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Labour Management:
  Proactively manage site labour needs, increasing or decreasing manpower as project phases evolve.

• Client & Contractor Liaison:
  Represent the subcontractor at client meetings, clearly communicating labour, material, and logistical requirements to keep the project on track.

• Information Relay:
  Act as the crucial link between site management and our team, relaying essential updates, changes, and actions.

• Resource Planning:
  Translate information from site management into clear material orders and labour plans to maintain workflow and avoid delays.

• Problem-Solving:
  Identify potential bottlenecks and propose solutions in real time.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar role on busy construction sites

• CSCS or CCNSG card preferred

• Excellent communication and people skills - you'll be the face of the subcontractor in meetings

• Strong organisational ability and confidence to manage shifting priorities

• Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Practical knowledge of construction site operations
