Site Manager

Our Client
Our client is a newbuild housing developer who is looking for an experienced housing Site Manager to join their site team for a period of 3 months, where you will be working under the senior site manager overseeing the structural works of 15 plots.

Your responsibilities as Site Manager:

• Oversee the construction of traditional build structures
• Maintain H&S and Rams on site
• Report to Senior Site Manager on site
• Coordinate labour teams

What you'll need to succeed

• Newbuild housing experience is essential
• Traditional build housing experience is desirable
• CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS is essential
• Live locally to the Nantwich area
• UK based experience is essential
