Site Manager

Our Client:
Hays are working with a long-time client to find a talented and experienced freelance site manager to oversee their long-term refurbishment project of a retail store in the Northwich area, which will run for approximately 10 + weeks. This role will see you No. 1 on site and working independently to ensure programming is met and handover is on time and price.

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintain H&S on site
• Coordinate subcontractors on site
• Ensure programming and budgeting are adhered to

What you'll have:

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid are essential
• Previous experience on refurbishment projects is essential
• UK-based experience is essential
• Previous Site Management experience
• Live within a commutable distance of Northwich
