Site Manager

Location: St Neots, Secondary School
Position: Full-Time Site Manager
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, All Year Round
Salary: £140 - £180 per day (depending on hours worked)
Start Date: ASAP (Temporary to Permanent Basis)

Are you an experienced Site Manager or Caretaker looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our secondary school in St Neots. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, all year round.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the maintenance and security of the school premises
• Managing site staff and contractors
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Conducting regular inspections and risk assessments
• Responding to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Coordinating with school administration for facility needs

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Site Manager, Site Agent, or Caretaker in an educational setting
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving
