Project

This is a maintenance contract including pothole repairs, street lighting, drainage, footway improvements and other improvement schemes for a company turning over £75 to £80 million a year.

Role and responsibiltities

The key responsibilities of the role include writing method statements, risk assessments, short-term programs and ensuring the quality of work and reconciling the plan of materials used.

Requirements

• Maintenance contract experience
• SMSTS
• CSCS black card
• NVQ Level 6
• Degree or Higher National Diploma in construction management
