Site Manager

We are seeking a committed and experienced Site Manager for an 8-month contract, focusing on a cleanroom refurbishment project in Wembley. This role requires immediate availability and offers a daily rate of £280-300pd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing both client relationships and site operations effectively.

• Direct and oversee the refurbishment of cleanroom facilities.
• Manage client communications efficiently to ensure project alignment with their expectations.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Motivate and drive sub-contractors to meet project timelines and standards.

• Client Management: Ability to manage client interactions, ensuring clarity in communication and meeting project deliverables.
• HSE Awareness: Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental protocols is crucial for maintaining compliance and safety on site.
• Sub-contractor Coordination: Experience in supervising and driving sub-contractors to achieve productivity on-site.
• Cleanroom Knowledge: While not mandatory, prior experience or familiarity with cleanroom environments will be beneficial.
