Site Manager

Your new company
You will be working for a main contractor who requires Site Managers to work on housing projects around the local area of Hounslow - working on Window and Door replacements. This is a contract role for 3-6 months - full-time.
Your new role
You will have experience of working as a Site Manager and working on multiple properties. In particular, you will have experience of delivering changes to properties and working well within a team.
The role will include:
Door replacements
Window replacements
Internal remedial works - loft insulation
External work.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need the following:

• Delivering volume changes to properties in a day and a week
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
• Able to use a handheld device to report on jobs

What you'll get in return
The rate on offer is £300-350 per day via Umbrella
Working 8-9 hours per day
Initial contract 3-6 months
