Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Gasgow, Scotland
Contract Length: 2 Weeks (potential for more work)
Start Date: 30th June

Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for an 2 week holiday cover in Glasgow overseeing Mid terrace property - stripping out, rot works
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site compliance, quality control, and preferably previous experience in flooring or resin systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day site management with a focus on compliance, quality assurance, and H&S standards.

Oversee the installation of resin coating systems in car park environments.

Maintain clear, consistent communication with both the client team and internal senior management.

Ensure program timelines are adhered to and regularly updated to all stakeholders.

Coordinate site activities to ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on similar construction or specialist surfacing projects.

Strong understanding of site compliance procedures and quality control.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.

SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid, and CSCS Card required.
