Site Manager

Our client:
Hays are partnered with a national refurbishment contractor who is in need of a reliable and experienced freelance site manager for a duration of 12 weeks to supervise their refurbishment of a commercial building in the Barmouth area.

Your new role:

• Overseeing H&S on site
• Managing subcontractors and labour teams
• Programming
• Client liaison
• Ensuring QA

What you'll need to succeed

• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS are essential
• Previous refurb experience is essential
• An electrical background is desirable
• Live locally to the area
• Available as of mid-July
• Previous UK experience and Right to Work are essential
