An opportunity has opened up for a Site Manager to join our dynamic team in Halifax, focusing on a new refurbishment program within the social housing sector.

Working closely with the Contracts Manager and the wider delivery team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of work while operating in occupied properties. A key part of your role will be to deliver excellent customer satisfaction and manage the refurbishment program from start to finish.

We're looking for a confident and proactive individual with a proven track record in managing planned maintenance programs. You'll have strong knowledge of both internal and external projects and a commitment to robust health, safety, and environmental performance.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with great IT skills, capable of taking ownership of their work and managing our supply chain to ensure all processes are followed.
