A well-established main contractor is seeking a reliable and experienced Site Manager to oversee a commercial refurbishment project in Chester. This short-term opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in managing live construction sites and delivering high-quality work under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations on a live commercial refurbishment
• Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, and ensure programme adherence
• Uphold health & safety standards and site compliance
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Maintain site documentation and quality assurance procedures

What you'll have:

• Proven experience in commercial refurbishment projects
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage RAMS, H&S, and QA processes
• Experience working in live environments is highly desirable
