Site Manager

We need a proactive and organised Site Manager to keep our school running smoothly and safely. You'll be responsible for the daily upkeep, security, and operational needs of our premises.

• Manage all site maintenance (buildings, grounds, facilities).

• Ensure school security, including access and alarm systems.

• Oversee health and safety compliance.

• Coordinate with contractors and manage their work.

• Manage cleaning services and maintain high standards.

• Handle site-related budgets.

• Support school events.

• Respond to urgent site issues.

What you'll need:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager (school experience preferred).

• Valid CSCS card.

• Valid SMSTS certificate.

• Valid First Aid at Work certificate.

• An Enhanced DBS check is essential.

• Strong knowledge of health and safety.

• Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills.
