Seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager for a 20 week contract in Manchester. You will oversee the complete fit-out of a high-specification commercial kitchen on a major project. Candidates must have a proven track record in commercial kitchen or hospitality fit-outs, with strong M&E knowledge. A competitive day rate is offered. Must hold valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certificates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing commercial kitchen/hospitality fit-outs.

• Strong understanding of associated M&E services.

• Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid.
