Key Responsibilities: Managing the daily running of the site Carrying out compliance testing and checks Completing general maintenance and repair tasks Supervising contractors and monitoring work standards Ensuring health & safety and compliance procedures are followed Acting as the main point of contact on site Resolving site-related issues efficiently and maintaining high standards Requirements: Previous site management, facilities, or maintenance experience preferred Good understanding of health & safety and compliance procedures Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage contractors effectively Enhanced DBS check required This is a great opportunity for someone dependable, hands-on, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient school environment.
