Site Manager ASAP, NO DIGS

Job Opportunity: Site Manager - Warehouse Build (Craigellachie)
Contract Length: Minimum 4 Months
Start Date: Immediate Start Preferred
Project Type: New Build - Steel Portal Frame Warehouse
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a key construction project in Craigellachie - the development of a new steel portal frame warehouse with associated concrete walls and blockwork.
Project Details:
* New warehouse build from ground up
* Steel portal frame structure
* Concrete foundations, pads, and retaining walls
* Internal/external blockwork
* Site is partially underway - approx. 50% of foundations are already in place
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works progress safely and on schedule
* Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers on site
* Monitor site safety, quality, and compliance
* Report progress to project management team
* Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing similar industrial or warehouse builds
* Strong knowledge of steel frame construction and groundworks
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification essential
* Ability to start immediately or with short notice Location:
Craigellachie, Moray - candidates must be willing to travel or be based locally
