Site Manager - Coventry

We have a new requirement for a temporary Site Manager at a School in Coventry. This is a large new build secondary school, and we will only consider candidates who have previous experience as a School Site Manager, and who have worked in Secondary schools.

Location: Coventry
Shift: 37 hours per week - Mon to Thus 7.30am - 3.30pm / Fri 3.00pm (30 mins unpaid break)
Immediate start required for an initial 8 weeks

The ideal candidate would need to have:
* School Site Manager / School Caretaker experience in a Secondary school (essential)
* A good level of managing technological systems in a new build
* Good maintenance skills and knowledge of Compliance and Health & Safety on a school site
* Relevant skills including being organised and reliable, and able to use their initiative
* Good time management and experience managing a team
