Your New Company is a leading construction company with a reputation for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. They are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new build leisure centre in Manchester.

Your new role
As a Freelance Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the construction site, ensuring that the project is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing all on-site activities and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Monitoring project progress and ensuring that deadlines are met.
Managing site documentation and reporting to senior management.
Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
Ensuring quality control and adherence to project specifications.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
Especially on New Build Commercial Projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
Flexibility to work on a freelance basis.
SMSTS. First Aid, CSCS at a minimum.
