Your new company is one of the UK's leading offsite construction specialists, offering a complete range of manufacturing, design, fit out & modular construction services within the health, education, residential, commercial and infrastructure sectors. With an operational history of over 50 years, the company has evolved into an award-winning business that continues to successfully deliver a variety of bespoke and fast-track offsite projects across the UK and Ireland. Due to a new contract award based in Co. Tyrone, the company now requires a Site Manager to take the lead on a new scheme.

Your new role
Due to a recently awarded contract, the company welcomes you as Site Manager, responsible for the delivery of a new modular unit on a healthcare site based in Co. Tyrone. You will be responsible for managing the delivery of a modular healthcare unit to include groundworks, ancillary works and all external works due to last a minimum of 2 months from the end of June.

What you'll need to succeed
A successful Site Manager will have previous experience managing new-build commercial or modular buildings as Site no.1, with engineering background and knowledge of groundworks highly advantageous. In order to be considered for this role, you must be CSR (Site Supervisor), CSCS or SMSTS certified with the relevant first aid certificate. As this is an imminent requirement due to commence next week, you will be available immediately or on a shortened notice period.
