My client is an established Education refurbishment company with a range of projects starting across London, they are actively seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team who has worked on education projects previously and understands what the role entails.

Qualifications

- SMSTS

- CSCS

- First Aid

- Enhanced DBS

Duties

- Manage subcontractors and coordinate day-to-day site operations

- Conduct Health & Safety inspections, including regular site assessments

- Oversee labour management and monitor project progress to meet deadlines

- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.

- Overseeing site operations

- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget to the highest quality
