Site Manager Position: Site Manager - Enhanced DBS
Location:York
Contract role 4 weeks
Salary: Up to £260 – July start
Key requirements • Certifications • SMSTS (Site Management safety training Scheme) • First Aid • CSCS • Enhanced DBS

Background
• Extensive refurbishment experience
• Worked within the Education centre

Shift patterns: 7.30am until 4.30pm – Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate day-to-day site operations
• Conduct Health & Safety inspections, including regular site assessments

• Oversee labour management and monitor project progress to meet deadlines • Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.

• Overseeing site operations
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget to the highest quality Skills and Competences
• Strong Leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work to deadlines and be target driven
