Site Supervisor

Location: Tuddenham, near Norwich Job Type: Long-Term Freelance Contract Start Date: Immediate / ASAP Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience and skill level

We are urgently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a major highway earthworks project located in the Tuddenham area, near Norwich. This is a long-term freelance opportunity offering an immediate start for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, leading a team to deliver significant earthworks packages as part of a major highways scheme.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on UK highways projects is the main requirement for this role.
• A strong background and demonstrable experience with large-scale earthworks packages is also essential.
• A valid SSSTS (Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme) certificate is mandatory.
• A valid CSCS card (Supervisor level).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a site team effectively.
• A thorough understanding of site health and safety regulations.
• First Aid at Work is highly desirable.
