Supervisor / Site Manager - External Works / Civils

We are working with a successful civil engineering contractor on a new build development in Burnopfield, and are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor or Site Manager to lead the External Works package.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of external works on site
* Plan daily tasks and allocate plant/machinery
* Conduct daily site safe starts, maintain the site diary, and complete paperwork via iPad
* Liaise with the Principal Contractor and coordinate site operations
* Maintain high standards of health, safety, environment, and quality
* Deliver toolbox talks and manage permits

Requirements:
* Experience supervising civils and groundworks, ideally on new build developments
* SSSTS or SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified
* Strong planning, leadership, and communication skills
* Confident using an iPad for digital paperwork
