Site Supervisor in Thornton

Do you have a keen eye for detail to ensure the facilities are clean, safe and well maintained ?

If so we have a perfect role for you. Our school in Thornton is looking for a Site Supervisor to start ASAP. The working hours are four and a split shift on Fridays. Twenty hours a week. The candidate must be willing to open up in the morning and close.

Requirements and Responsibilities :

• An understanding of the main Health and Safety Regulations, including COSHH and risk assessment, and how they apply in a school environment.
• Experience of carrying out specialist building maintenance work, within the reasonable capacity of a normal handy person.
• Experience of keeping work records.
• The ability to undertake a range of care taking and cleaning duties.
• The ability to identify work priorities and manage own workload, whilst ensuring that lower priority work is kept up to date.
