Site Supervisor-Commercial

Randstad CPE is looking to onboard Site Supervisor in Central Oxford to support one of our leading contractors.

• Title: Site Supervisor -New Build commercial project
• Location: Central Oxford
• Contract: long term temp
• Pay Rate: £200.00- £260.00 day rate (CIS)/Umbrella
• Start next week.

About the Role:

One of our leading contractors is looking for a skilled and proactive Site Supervisor to start immediately on a new build commercial project in central Oxford. This is a long-term role for someone who can hit the ground running and take full ownership of on-site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and managing trades and subcontractors.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in line with project schedules.
• Driving performance and proactively manage subcontractors to ensure they meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work.
• Ensuring site safety

Required

• Proven experience as a Site Manager/ Supervisr on commercial developments.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
• Strong understanding of building regulations and health & safety legislation (e.g., SMSTS/SSSTS).
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work certification.
