Site Support Operative

Must Have’s

• A positive, adaptable attitude and a proactive, hands-on approach
• Strong communication and effective teamwork skills
• Flexibility to travel to site when required
• GCSE qualifications (minimum)
• A valid UK driver’s licence

Nice to have’s

• First Aid certification
• Previous experience in a hands-on, site-based or construction-style role
• Confidence with the safe operation of tools, equipment and machinery

What will you be doing?

• Carrying out physical tasks, including handling materials, installing equipment and assisting with site projects
• Operating tools and machinery safely and responsibly (training provided)
• Following all site safety procedures and ensuring correct PPE is worn
• Contributing to project success through teamwork and clear communication
• Managing materials appropriately to minimise waste and ensure efficiency
• Working closely with supervisors to solve on-site challenges and maintain high standards
