The Role
As Sixth Form Coordinator, you will:

• Oversee the daily running of the sixth form, ensuring students are well supported academically and pastorally

• Drive attendance and engagement across the sixth form

• Organise positive reinforcement initiatives, events, graduation ceremonies, and school trips

• Champion student wellbeing and ensure all learners feel valued and included

• Play an active role in creating a positive, ambitious culture for post-16 learners

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress toward a Head of Year or similar pastoral leadership role.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working with post-16 students is desirable

• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage events and pastoral programmes

• A proactive and supportive approach to working with young people

• A genuine commitment to inclusion, wellbeing, and academic success

Logistics & School

• Location: Camden

• Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 (DOE)

• Term-time only, Monday to Friday

• Fixed-term maternity cover (1 year)
