We are seeking a dedicated Skill Coach Lecturer to assess, coach, teach, and mentor apprentices in the construction sector. This role is crucial for ensuring timely achievement and guiding apprentices through all components of their programme, from initial sign up to completion.

• Assess, coach, teach where appropriate, and mentor apprentices to meet the gateway for End Point Assessment (EPA) across a range of apprenticeship standards.
• Responsible for ensuring timely achievement for every apprentice on caseload across all components of the apprenticeship programme.
• Monitor and report on the progress of all learners.
• Liaise and communicate progress with internal staff, learners, and employers as required.

• Assessor qualification or be working towards one.
• L3 qualification in Construction or similar field.
• Experience in a similar role, ideally within the education or construction sector.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to the development and education of apprentices in the construction industry.
