Job Description - Skilled Labourer

I am looking for a Skilled Labourer to work on the kitchens & bathrooms team for a housing association based in Nottinghamshire. The role is temp to perm with a salary of £28,500 when permanent.

The Skilled Labourer will be responsible for:

General labouring duties such as cleaning up and collecting materials
Kitchen and bathroom rip-outs
Skilled work such as painting and boarding walls/ceilings

The right Skilled Labourer will need:

Experience working as labourer and on-site or in domestic properties
Willing to do a basic DBS check
Clean UK Driving License and own transport

In return the Skilled Labourer will receive:

12 week temp to perm contract
£17-18 per hour for 12 weeks then permanent salary of £28,500 per year
Company van and fuel card (After going permanent)
