My client, a busy student accommodation company requires an efficient temporary skilled labourer to assist with reactive and planned repairs on their student accommodation site.

Job duties can include:

• Assist with repair works on student accommodation site with assistance of the maintenance team
• Carry out basic building repairs (e.g. joinery, groundwork, plaster patching and painting and decorating where necessary)
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Moving furniture and heavy items across the buildings

The perfect candidate will have:

• Proven experience of undertaking repairs and maintenance
• Work well as a team or individually.
• Awareness of Health & Safety requirements.
• Positive attitude and ability to use initiative.
• Helpful, friendly with a professional manner.
