We’re currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Slitter Operator to join a growing production team. If you have mechanical aptitude, care about quality, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment — we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate slitter machines to cut material (paper, film, foil, etc.) to precise widths
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure high-quality output
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Adjust slitting parameters based on material specs
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures
  • Record production data and report any issues

Qualifications:

  • Previous machine operating or slitter experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Team-oriented and dependable
