Join Our Team as a Smart Planning & Dispatch Agent!

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with us? We are looking for a dynamic Smart Planning & Dispatch Agent to join our team in the vibrant district of Holbeck, Leeds! This temporary role is perfect for an organised, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Contract duration: 6 Months, potential of extension.

Hours: 37 hours

Shifts- Monday - Sunday between 7 am - 8pm during Winter7 -7 during the summer and 7.30 - 6 weekends.

Rate: £14.00 PH overtime on the weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Smart Planning & despatch Agent, you will play a crucial role in our operations, including:

• Efficiently coordinating and dispatching resources to ensure timely service delivery.
• analysing data to optimise planning and improve operational efficiencies.
• Collaborating with various departments to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring and adjusting plans as necessary to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Providing exceptional customer support and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
