Primarily based around financial reporting, someone who can tell the story, explain missing pieces, find what's missing and add provide clarity.

Description

• Elements of FP&A involved - commercial side less of a requirement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and make sure they align.
• Monitor cash flow and implement effective cost-control measures.
• Play lead role in re-financing
• Lots of back and forwards with reports, some may be clear, need someone to go through the information, tell the story...

Profile

A successful Head of Finance & Accounting should have:

• A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA)
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Xero..
• Ability to work effectively within a temporary role and adapt quickly to new environments.
