Social Listening Consultant - Respiratory Health (Italy Market)
Rate: £250-300 p/d | Remote/Hybrid

This role will involve driving social exploration and insights strategy for respiratory health products across the Italian market, with a direct focus on key health topics relevant to local consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct deep social listening using Brandwatch to identify emerging conversations around respiratory health, including themes such as sleep disruption, colds, flu, viral infections, breathing difficulties, and lung capacity.

Monitor and analyse Italian-language social media discussions, identifying cultural and linguistic nuances to shape market-specific health narratives and communications.

Collaborate cross-functionally with content, strategy, and marketing teams to guide digital planning, product positioning, and local campaign execution using data-driven insights.

Requirements:

-Fluent Italian speaker.

-Proven experience using Brandwatch for social listening, data analysis, and insight generation.

-Familiarity with platforms like Keyhole, Talkwalker, or Keynote.io is highly desirable.

Focus Areas:

-Respiratory function, oxygen care, viral illnesses, and sleep-related respiratory symptoms.

-Using real-time social data to shape cross-market strategies.

-Mapping health-related conversations within Italian digital communities.

This role is with a leading global strategy and insights consultancy that helps brands understand people better by combining social listening, search behaviour, and cultural trend analysis. Their approach blends analytics with storytelling to reveal what truly matters to consumers.

This is a remote contract role, and applicants must be able to work fluently in Italian and deliver insights tailored to the local market, working U.K hours.
